Established in 2012, our mission is to empower our members through prudent investment strategies that foster personal and community growth. Owning property has never been easy, especially when resources for socio-economic development are limited. Recognizing this challenge, Kewisco Housing Society was born out of the need to create a platform where individuals can pool their resources, enjoy economies of scale, and access better prices in land and property investment. Originally, Kewisco Sacco Ltd facilitated land purchases for members in various locations, including Ongata Rongai, Narok, and Kisumu. However, due to new regulations under SASRA 2009, our focus shifted to member savings and lending. This transition led to the formation of Kewisco Housing Society, enabling us to continue supporting our members in their property investment journeys.
