Your partners for property, empowering Investments
Owning property has never been easy. Resources for social economic development are never enough hence the various compensations, eg salary, interest, pension, Saccos, Chamas and Investment clubs
- Investment in land is a sure way of ensuring increased return as land is always appreciating in value.
When we work together we enjoy economies of scale, better prices and ease in owning property
We have a great history to start our company.
- Kewisco Sacco Ltd previously assisted members to purchase land in Ongata Rongai (Rangau), Nazarene, Narok, Kisumu, Eastern By-pass, etc.
- Main Sacco can no longer do this due to new laws coming into operation – SASRA 2009 and its focus now limited to savings and lending.
- KEWISCO Housing Society is now the vehicle to facilitate members to purchase land.
